About Jason: Jason has a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, has served in middle management at multiple fortune 50 companies, owned small businesses, and successfully cultivated a career in technology spanning 15 years.  Much like Dan, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge in career development as well a strategic organizational design.
